Daydream Air becomes art

The Forest of Endless Circles

The installation transforms the space into a monumental labyrinth of inflatable circular forms whose curves seem to multiply endlessly. Walls, floor, and ceiling — entirely covered in mirrors — dissolve the physical boundaries of the room, extending every shape into infinite reflection. Visitors wander through a geometric landscape where orientation becomes uncertain, animated by shifting pockets of colour.

Large inflatable spheres and immense donut-shaped volumes move through the labyrinth, rolled and displaced by visitors themselves. They collide, alter perspectives, and continuously reconfigure the experience of the work.

The Forest of Endless Circles becomes a living organism in perpetual transformation — its composition shaped as much by architecture as by the movement of its audience.

Bio

Cyril Lancelin (b. 1975, Lyon) is a leading figure in inflatable art. His hybrid practice spans sculpture, immersive installation, drawing, and virtual experience, built from a vocabulary of primitive geometry that links architecture, the body, and nature.

Repetition and parametric generation recur throughout his work, offering an optimistic vision drawn between the digital and the real. Lancelin has exhibited internationally at Design Miami/Art Basel, Toronto Luminato, iLight Singapore, and Glow Shenzhen, among others.
